The present invention relates to a thermal interface comprising a first layer of aligned nanotubes, characterized in that it further comprises a layer of polymer material (c), said polymer having a main chain of carbon or siloxane and at least one reactive function which can be an azide (n) or a diazonium (n2) or an nh group, or if - h, and generate covalent bonds with the nanotubes.
