The device described makes it possible to overcome all the difficulties encountered in the traditional method of manufacture of a shower tray in a mosaic. A mold made of wood is used as a matrix of the shower tray and disposes of the slopes necessary for the evacuation of water and of a location reserved for the future location of the bung hole. Thereafter, without glue the parts of a mosaic over the entire surface of the mould; the visible face of the part must be placed on the matrix. The sand or any other material is then used to fill the interstices between the parts of the mosaic, stabilize the structure and to facilitate the jointing during the fitting of the final. It is then poured into a binder which is resistant to the humidity in the mold (resin) in the distributed uniformly over the entire surface of the mold. Finally, it poses a cloth of sealing over the entire surface of the mold. After drying, it is unmolded in order to obtain a slab of the mosaic is ready to be placed in a shower.
