The device (D) has a frame (100) mounted on carrying wheels (200) and freely supporting a plastic film roller (410) in rotation according to an axis transverse to a projection axis, where the roller associates quantity of plastic film rolled around a shaft. Ends of the roller cooperate with two identical slides (420) supported by the frame, and are settled in front of each other. The slides are preformed at bottom part to serve as a guiding and retaining roller in contact with the ground during use. The slides are preformed in top portion of a reception zone of another plastic film roller.
