The device has an elastic belt (1) bent on top reverse side (4) until a webbing (2) wraps a reinforcement (7) of cups (3). A fastener system (5) allowing to position the elastic belt and adjust the elastic belt in a front position on breasts of a woman during sports practice and in a back position before or after the sport. The elastic belt is placed at top of the breasts of the woman during sports practice. The fastener system is closed between the breasts of the woman above the cups in a sport position. The elastic belt is placed in the back in a rest position.
