The cover has a deflating valve, an autonomous air pump and an inflatable PVC fabric double-wall (2) that is adhered inside on entire surface of the cover. A skirt of the cover is traversed by eyelets (10), which accommodate a strap (7) in zigzag on entire circumference, and joins the strap with a tensioner (6). The double-wall is inflated using a pneumatic valve (4). A non-extensible resistant fabric wall (3) prevents the double-wall from too much bending toward outside and protects the double-wall from outside.
