Method of the customization of the interaction with the contents and multimedia services presented on a television set is controlled by at least one peripheral as a function of a plurality of profiles, the said profiles determining at least a personalization of interaction, including: - a step of forming a database containing a default profile corresponding to a community of the user, and optionally at least one individual profile corresponding to a user of the community, -, and the filtering steps of access to the contents and multimedia services and of the customization of the interaction with the contents and multimedia services as a function of the user profile selected, and, in the case of a connection with said default profile, as a function of restrictions, corresponding to the junction of the restrictions of the profiles of the members of the community.
