The device comprises a cylindrical-shaped cannula (102) with a channel (104) for conveying gas from a first end connected to a gas supply tank to a second end (106), where the channel opens via an outlet (108) provided near the second end, and the gas supply tank is filled with pressurized inert gas. The cannula comprises a set of outlet orifices distributed over its circumference. The channel is coaxial with several branches opening via the outlet orifices. The branches are bent to direct the flow of gas blown upwardly towards the surface of the conduit of a neck (10) of a bottle. The device comprises a cylindrical-shaped cannula (102) with a channel (104) for conveying gas from a first end connected to a gas supply tank to a second end (106), where the channel opens via an outlet (108) provided near the second end, and the gas supply tank is filled with pressurized inert gas. The cannula comprises a set of outlet orifices distributed over its circumference. The channel is coaxial with the several branches opening via the outlet orifices of the cannula. The branches are bent in order to direct the flow of gas blown upwardly towards the surface of the conduit of a neck (10) of a bottle. The ends of the channels have a geometry adapted to guide the flow gas exiting downwardly towards the surface of the conduit of the neck. The cannula further comprises an outlet channel. A ring is formed in interior of the neck, and comprises a unit for injecting the inert gas into the passage opening, where the inert gas injecting unit includes outlets distributed over the circumference of the passage opening.
