Method of evaluating the resilience of the fraction of the bacterial microflora of arable soil and / or forestry in terms of the diversity of activity and / or of the abundance of variations in ph comprising the following stages: • sampling of the ground, measurement of the dynamic range of the bacterial fraction of the ground at different ph values lying inside the extent of the exchangeable acidity of the ground, comparison of this measurement with the normal range, or even optimal, • diagnostic making it possible to recommend a reinforcement of these populations, characterized in that the measurement of the impact strength is obtained by superposition of the curve describing the variation of the dynamic range of bacterial as a function of the different ph values imposed in vitro (curve variable), and another curve is fixed horizontally (curve is fixed to the optimum ph).
