The system has independent plates provided on Piggyback wagons that are provided at a lowered central part. The plates are provided to support lorries. The plates are provided with wheels of small diameter to roll on one of flanges of a loading and unloading platform (21) during entry and exit of the wagons from a loading point. The platforms are provided with zones (A-C). The flanges are provided on a place on which the wheels of the plates roll. The flanges are parallel to the platform, where height of one of the flanges is identical to thickness of one of the plates.
