The present invention relates to a food product spreadable solid at ambient temperature, and comprising a fatty phase fluid consisting of oil, hydrogenated and not between - esterified comprising at least 75% of unsaturated fatty acids such as olive oil, mixed with at least one wax or a mixture of waxes, comprising at least one wax mineral. More particularly, the food product spreadable according to the invention comprises an emulsion of an aqueous phase in a so-called fatty phase in a mixture with an emulsifier.
