METHOD FOR OPERATING A SUBTERRANEAN OIL-CONTAINING ENVIRONMENT, IN WHICH BASIC OIL SPECIES ARE CONSIDERED IN THE PRESENCE OF AN SURFACTANT TO OPTIMIZE OPERATION

A method of operating an underground environment containing an oil, in which the basic species of the oil are taken into account to optimize the exploitation. An aqueous solution comprising at least one surfactant is selected for injecting it into the medium. Then, the pH, pHi, of the aqueous solution is determined before contact with the oil, so that the pH, pHf, of the aqueous solution after contact with the oil is at a desired pH range, taking both the acid species and the basic species of the oil, and the actions of the surfactant on the species to determine the evolution of the pH of the aqueous solution after contact with the oil. Then, the aqueous solution having the determined pHi is prepared. Finally, the aqueous solution thus prepared is injected into the medium.
