The invention relates to a device for grouping all the instruments usually used separately in a single instrument, of reduced size and shockproof by superimposing two plastic triangles which pivot around an articulation graduated in degrees. The device has the general appearance of a compass with two legs pivoting around a graduated articulation. The graduated articulation consists of a magnifying glass for the upper part and a dial graduated in degrees for the lower part. The magnifying glass makes it possible to reduce the size of the dial and that of the device while reinforcing the graduated articulation of the device. The magnifying glass and the dial are pierced to let pass a rivet or an adjustable screw. The graduated articulation of the device can be mounted on single or double brackets. It makes it possible to reduce its bulkiness by folding them. The graduated joint in its thickened form is a button that facilitates the manipulation of the device. It also allows opening by the center of single and double brackets. It also allows to lower the upper part to put it at the same level as the lower part. The device is particularly intended for the world of education and professionals who study and draw geometric figures or plans on paper.
