A text / voice pager (10) has functions of automatically identifying and detecting a message reception state and a reception force state of the current signal of this message and an immediate information function of a console (20) of a detection result with an acknowledgment message (Ack) via a GSM system (30). Each paging receiver (10) in the paging group further comprises a function of automatically detecting a message from the console (20) having a complete content and sufficient resolution, and transmitting an Ack message to the console (20) according to a detection result. Upon reception of the message Ack of the paging receiver (10) which receives the message "badly received", the console (20) can retransmit the message to the paging receiver (10) again via the GSM system (30) or a GPRS system.
