The device has elementary sections for distributing power from a power supply to an electrical line protection apparatus e.g. differential apparatus and circuit breaker, where each section is formed of a strip (35) whose portion (37) co-operates with tabs (5a, 5b) and a compartment (6) of an enclosure (31). Each elementary section functions in an autonomous manner, and receives a measuring cell (2) that measures electrical parameters such as voltage, current or electromagnetic fields, and/or physical parameters such as temperature, relative to the elementary section.
