The separator (6) has webs (8) which are extended away from the cover. The webs are provided along a circumference of the cover at spacing to each other and one behind the other in a circumferential direction of the separator. Several through openings (7) are formed between the webs. Some of the webs at an end facing away from the cover are not connected to each other. The webs are resiliently formed in a direction transverse to longitudinal extension of the webs. The webs at the end facing way from the cover are provided with a locking contour. An independent claim is included for separation device.
