A mounting aid arrangement (10) for mounting a robot cable harness, which arrangement comprises a pulling wire (12) provided with an attachment device (16; 26) at a first end thereof for attachment to the robot cable harness. It further comprises a protection hose (14) attachable to the pulling wire (12) and adapted to surround the Robot cable harness. Also described is a method for mounting a robot cable harness inside a hollow part of an industrial robot.
