According to the present invention, fixed blind node can be local, while being fixed using the signal blind node exchanged between RSS measured values and being moved the mobile blind node of signal exchanged between blind node and RSS measurements and reference mode with known position. This allows better precision, and system is compared, wherein combination GPS and RSS technology to be achieved is used.
