PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure and a fitting method by which an attitude and a fitting pitch of a bolt can be stabilized when a module unit is fixed to a track vehicle body structure by plural bolts provided on a fitting rail of a rail vehicle body structure.SOLUTION: A fitting structure in which a module unit is fitted to a rail vehicle body structure is equipped with a fitting rail which is formed on a part of the rail vehicle body structure in order to fix the module unit, and a module fixation mechanism which is inserted in the fitting rail, and fastens and fixes the module unit. The module fixation mechanism includes plural bolts for fastening the module unit, and a bolt holding member for holding the plural bolts. The bolt holding member is provided with a hole into which the plural bolts are inserted corresponding to the fitting pitch of the module unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
