PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable environmental space dose rates to be measured without expanding the measured area in the horizontal direction.;SOLUTION: An environmental radioactivity distribution measuring method comprises a first measuring step S01 of measuring space dose rates at least three measuring points, differing from one another in height, on a vertical line in a first horizontal position; a second measuring step S02 and a third measuring step S03 of measuring space dose rates at measuring points in respectively second and third horizontal positions; response function determining steps S04 and S05 of supposing a response function between each measuring point attributable to a radiation source in each part of the measuring range and the space dose rate at each measuring point and determining the response function on the basis of the measurement resu and a radiation source distribution calculating step S06 of calculating, on the basis of the determined response functions, the planar distribution of radiation sources on the ground.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
