PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable implementation of an athletic environment that sufficiently enhances refreshing feeling and pleasure which a user feels through his/her potential sensitivity when the user performs exercise in an outdoor athletic plant at night and gives the user great satisfaction.;SOLUTION: An athletic plant management device comprises an environment information acquiring part 21 for acquiring environment information from an environment sensor 3 disposed in an athletic plant, an illumination control condition storage part 25 for storing an illumination control condition regarding the illumination state of each of a first illumination lamp 1 for illuminating an athletic area where a user exercises in the athletic plant, and a second illumination lamp for illuminating a landscape area out of the athletic area in the athletic plant, and a control schedule of each of the first illumination lamp and the second illumination lamp, and an illumination controller 26 for controlling the first and second illumination lamps according to the illumination control condition regarding each of the first and second illumination lamps stored in the illumination control condition storage unit, and controls at least one illumination lamp of the first and second lamps based on the environment information acquired by the environment information acquiring part.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
