PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional powder metallurgy method used to take much cost and much time for the mold processing of a green compact in regard, in particular, to products of various and small amount of production, and that dust during mold processing used to deteriorate a workplace environment.;SOLUTION: A 3D printer having a tank which can be filled with paraffin fitted with a heat insulation heater is used to deposit molten paraffin into a shape cross section for every layer while being supplied to a predetermined position, and simultaneously to harden paraffin by locally cooling with air supplied from a compressor or air cooled by heat exchange, so that a lost wax mold used for molding a green compact in powder metallurgy is molded by lamination. This mold is filled with compounding powder of a raw material and pressed into a green compact, which is sintered to obtain the raw material.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
