PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow accelerator for an ethylene glycol-containing fluid, which enables energy conservation by accelerating flow of circulation water by being added to the circulation water used for regional air-conditioning, the circulation water being warm water or cold water.;SOLUTION: Provided are a flow accelerator for an ethylene glycol-containing circulation water, comprising ortho-toluic acid 20 and a nonionic alkyldimethylamine oxide 22, and ethylene glycol-containing circulation water containing the flow accelerator.
