PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of checking that a character string of a source language to be interpreted is accurately translated.SOLUTION: A contact center 200 includes: a data conversion part 210 for converting voice data of voice transmitted from a portable terminal 100 into text data before translation; and a translation part 220 for converting the text data before translation into text data after translation for indicating voice by a character string after translation.
