PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of checking that a character string of a source language to be interpreted is accurately translated.SOLUTION: A contact center 200 includes: a data conversion part 210 for converting voice data of voice transmitted from a portable terminal 100 into text data before translation; and a translation part 220 for converting the text data before translation into text data after translation for indicating voice by a character string after translation. An interpreter terminal 300 includes a screen processing part 310 for displaying a character string before translation, where voice is converted into a character string, and a character string after translation, where voice is converted into a character string after translation, on a display, on the basis of the text data before translation and the text data after translation transmitted from the contact center 200.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
