A DNN feature value extraction unit 80 extracts a DNN feature value from the stored information of the database 70, and stores the extracted feature value in a database 90. A basic feature value extraction unit 100 extracts a basic feature value from the stored information of the database 20, and stores the extracted feature value in a database 110. A feature value coupling unit 120 stores, in a database 130, a coupled feature value in which the feature values of the databases 90, 110 are coupled.
