PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movement means estimation model with which it is possible to estimate movement means with high accuracy.;SOLUTION: The locus image extraction unit 30 of a movement means estimation model generation device 1 extracts locus images from the enumeration list information of measurement points of each GPS locus segment stored in databases 10, 20, and stores each of the extracted images in databases 40, 50. A Deep Neutral Network (DNN) learning unit 60 stores, in a database 70, the learning results of a multilayer neutral network based on the stored data of the databases 40, 50. A DNN feature value extraction unit 80 extracts a DNN feature value from the stored information of the database 70, and stores the extracted feature value in a database 90. A basic feature value extraction unit 100 extracts a basic feature value from the stored information of the database 20, and stores the extracted feature value in a database 110. A feature value coupling unit 120 stores, in a database 130, a coupled feature value in which the feature values of the databases 90, 110 are coupled.
