PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation method of an oxygen combustion boiler facility and an oxygen combustion boiler facility, capable of generating oxygen and synthetic gas by directly utilizing exhaust gas due to oxygen combustion, thereby to improve efficiency.SOLUTION: An oxygen combustion boiler facility includes an oxidation and regeneration unit 5 that causes exhaust gas from an oxygen combustion boiler 1 as raw material gas to react with metal oxide, thereby to generate synthetic gas containing carbon monoxide and hydrogen by oxidation reaction of the metal oxide, and thermally decompose and then regenerate the oxide metal, thereby to generate oxygen by regeneration reaction of the metal oxide. In the oxygen combustion boiler facility, oxygen generated by the oxidation and regeneration unit 5 is recirculated in the oxygen combustion boiler 1 through a recirculation oxygen supply flow passage 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
