PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a spectator of sport competitions in which a plurality of players simultaneously perform at different positions to watch performances of desired players and events without missing them.SOLUTION: A video collection providing device collects video streams of motion videos to be transmitted by radio from a plurality of cameras, and provides a spectator terminal with the collected video streams. The spectator terminal is provided with a display screen for watching the video streams. The video collection providing device notifies the spectator terminal of an advance notice of recommended scenes for recommending watching by a spectator on the basis of image content of each of the collected video streams, and provides the spectator terminal with video streams including the recommended scenes to be notified in advance in the collected video streams. The spectator terminal notifies the spectator of reception of notification of the advance notice of the recommended scenes upon receiving the notification from the video collection providing device, acquires the video streams including the recommended scenes to be transmitted from the video collection providing device, and displays the acquired video streams on the display screen.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
