PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of two-phase stainless steel castings which can manufacture durable two-phase stainless steel castings with high accuracy, and to provide the durable two-phase stainless steel castings.;SOLUTION: A manufacturing method or two-phase stainless steel castings includes: a melting step of melting raw materials of the two-phase stainless cast steel; a molten steel analysis step of analyzing the molten metal ingredients; a step of making castings by casting the molten metal into a mold; and a solution heat treatment step of determining quenching start temperature based on the analyzed molten metal ingredients and conducting a solution heat treatment by heating the castings to the determined quenching start temperature.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
