摘要

Experience of using steel 316L as the material for making human endoprostheses is summarized. Austenitic-ferritic stainless steels have been investigated in terms of their applicability for making the endoprostheses for the human locomotor system. Electrochemical characteristics of three domestic standard steels and the new steel 03Kh25N7AM3 are presented and analysed.
