PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism that detects a vibration form of a vibration part vibrating facing a sensor so as to detect a state of little residual power, the mechanism capable of highly accurately detecting vibration start timing of the vibration part.SOLUTION: A magnetic flux sensor 10 is configured to: stop vibration if a distance to a vibration plate 201 is a distance gor less; and apply a force to the vibration plate 201 in a direction toward the magnetic flux sensor 10, move the vibration plate 201 so that a distance between the vibration plate 201 and the magnetic flux sensor 10 is gor less, and then release the applied force, so as to vibrate the vibration plate 201.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
