PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a winding diameter when the parallel body of balance weights arranged in aligned state is wound in a spiral form with the balance weights being set inside.SOLUTION: Adjoining balance weights W fed out in sequence are aligned to each other and guided in sequence on an arc-shaped supporting surface 41a of a weight supporting table 41 together with a band-like pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 24 coated with adhesive agent at one surface, and these balance weights W are adhered to the band-like pressure sensitive adhesive sheet 24 through adhesive agent while generating a small clearance G of prescribed width between the balance weights W to each other, thereafter they are taken around an adhesive sheet take-up part F.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
