PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a hexagonal ferrite composite magnetic material having low tanδand high μ' at high frequencies including a GHz band; and a high-frequency magnetic part arranged by use of such a hexagonal ferrite composite magnetic material.SOLUTION: A composite magnetic material comprises: powder having a main phase of hexagonal ferrite; and a resin. In the composite magnetic material, the volume ratio of the powder is 50-80 vol.%; the average particle diameter of the powder is 5-150 μm; the average crystal grain diameter is 0.5-60 μm; and the lattice strain is 0.010-10. It is preferable that the hexagonal ferrite is M-type hexagonal ferrite.SELECTED DRAWING: None
