PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report system for enabling a person who has difficulty in performing report by a speech to easily perform emergency report even from a position outside the jurisdiction of a registered organization.;SOLUTION: In an emergency report system, a reporter device includes: emergency report information acquisition means for acquiring emergency report information; and report transmission means for transmitting the emergency report information as it is or by adding information to a manager device, and the manager device includes: report reception means for receiving the emergency report information from the reporter device; and report transfer means for acquiring report position information, and for determining which jurisdiction reception organization has jurisdiction of a report position, and for transmitting the emergency report information to which the report position information is added, to a receiver device installed in the jurisdiction reception organization, and the receiver device includes: report reception means for receiving the emergency report information transmitted from the manager device; and report display means for displaying information included in the emergency report information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
