PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation efficiency estimation system capable of estimating operation efficiency of each of pumps while suppressing increase of a facility burden, an operation efficiency estimation method, an operation efficiency estimation device and a computer program.SOLUTION: The operation efficiency estimation system comprises a fluid transportation device, an operation information acquisition part, an operation period extraction part, a power measurement part, a pressure measurement part, a flow rate measurement part and an operation efficiency estimation part. The fluid transportation device is installed for each of transportation paths that are confluent at one point, and transports a fluid. The operation information acquisition part acquires operation information indicating operation or stop of each of the fluid transportation devices. On the basis of the operation information, the operation period extraction part extracts a period in which the fluid transportation device is operated individually. The power measurement part acquires power information indicating power consumption of the fluid transportation device. The pressure measurement part acquires pressure information of the fluid. The flow rate measurement part acquires flow rate information at the confluent point. On the basis of the power information, the pressure information and the flow rate information during the period, the operation efficiency estimation part estimates operation efficiency of the fluid transportation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
