PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate stability of a DC feeder network without generating an oscillation in the DC feeder network.;SOLUTION: A series circuit 108 connected in series with an AC voltage source 103 for outputting an AC voltage and a capacitor 102 is connected to a DC feeder network connected with a DC power source 105 for outputting a DC voltage and a constant power load device 107 for consuming a constant power regardless of the DC voltage so as to be in parallel with the constant power load device 107, and frequency characteristics of an impedance ratio between the DC power source device 105 and the constant power load device 107 are acquired on the basis of the AC current flowing to the DC power source device 105 and an AC current flowing to the constant power load device 107, both currents of which are measured when the AC voltage is outputted while an output voltage frequency is changed from the AC voltage source 103 by a measurement control part 104, and the stability of the DC feeder network is discriminated on the basis of the acquired frequency characteristics.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
