PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation control device etc., capable of efficiently exhausting an exhaust gas such as smoke, hot air, and an odor produced as heat cooking equipment is used and suppressing discomfort of a user.SOLUTION: A ventilation control device 100 comprises: a ventilation index acquisition unit 141 which acquires a ventilation index indicative of an occurrence state of an exhaustion object occurring as a result of heating of heat cooking equipment; a ventilation operation setting unit 134 which sets the occurrence state of the ventilation object occurring as a result of heating of a heat source and operations of a cooking-time ventilation fan installed above the heat source and a ventilation function installed in the same ventilation object space with the cooking-time ventilation fan such that they correspond to each other; and a ventilation control unit 143 which realizes ventilation by performing control so that the cooking-time ventilation fan and the facility equipment are in operation corresponding to the ventilation index that the ventilation index acquisition unit 141 acquires.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
