PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of estimating a stimulative touch effect with high accuracy, on an individual, in consideration of threshold, gradual decrease and forgetting properties.SOLUTION: An individual behavior model estimation apparatus for estimating a behavior model of an individual with respect to an external stimulus includes: input means that inputs stimulus data, which is time-series data of an external stimulus motivating the individual to take action, and behavior data, which is time-series data of a behavior event of the individual, as input data; and parameter estimation means which estimates a parameter of a behavior probability function indicating a probability that the individual takes action per unit time, on the basis of a function indicating forgetting property of a stimulative touch effect and a function indicating threshold property and gradual decrease property of the stimulative touch effect. The parameter estimation means determines the parameter, so that a marginal likelihood on an inter-individual distribution of the parameter may be the maximum, on the basis of the behavior probability function, a probability distribution of the parameter, and the input data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
