PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pair of training underpants allowing an infant as a wearer to easily recognize by giving unpleasantness when he/she urinates, and a disposable sheet for the training underpants.SOLUTION: A disposable training underpants 10 comprises a liquid permeable surface sheet 1 having a contact surface contacting the skin of a wearer, and a liquid impermeable rear surface sheet 2 connected to the surface sheet 1, and includes solid grains 3 encapsulated with gas between the surface sheet 1 and the rear surface sheet 2. An amount of the solid grains 3 encapsulated with gas per unit area at a surface sheet 1 side is present more than an amount of the solid grains 3 encapsulated with gas per unit area at a rear surface sheet 2 side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
