PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile payment system and a mobile payment method based on biometrics authentication.SOLUTION: A mobile terminal 11 scans at least one identification code 12 from identification codes corresponding to each object on a menu to create a list and transmits the list together with the number of the mobile terminal 11 to a system server 13. The system server 13 transmits the list and a payment instruction to a mobile payment platform 14 to charge payment of a user of the mobile terminal 11. The mobile payment platform 14 having received the payment instruction transmits the list to the mobile terminal 11. The user confirms the list via the mobile terminal 11, and after performing biometrics payment, feeds back confirmation information to the mobile payment platform 14. The mobile payment platform 14 transmits a paid instruction to the system server 13.
