PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable rapid achievement of necessary information and enable adjustment of the maximum time required for the achievement according to the type of the information.SOLUTION: A management system for facilities equipment has plural management devices 10 and a comprehensive management device 20. The management device 10 manages the facilities equipment. The comprehensive management device 20 accesses the management device 10 through a communication path 41 to receive information from the management device 10. The information is classified into plural types. The comprehensive management device 20 stepwise varies the access frequency to the management device 10 according to the type of the information, and accesses all the management devices 10 periodically for specific information out to the information.
