PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Trichoderma reesei variant capable of efficiently producing cellobiohydrolase (CBH) from an inexpensive inducer containing xylan and lignin, and to provide a production method of cellobiohydrolase using the same.;SOLUTION: The invention provides a Trichoderma reesei variant in which the width of a clear zone formed under the presence of phosphate swollen cellulose and 5 g/L of xylose, with respect to the width of the clear zone formed under the absence of xylose, is 50% or more; and a production method of cellobiohydrolase by culturing the same.;SELECTED DRAWING: None;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
