PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for producing a polypeptide with high efficiency using an artificial nucleic acid as a template of a translation reaction.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a production method of a polypeptide comprising the following: a template preparation step of preparing an oligoribonucleotide analog comprising a triazole linking-type oligoribonucleotide having a nucleic acid sequence corresponding to an amino acid sequence of the polypeptide; and a polypeptide synthesis step of synthesizing the polypeptide using the oligoribonucleotide analog prepared in the template preparation step as a template.SELECTED DRAWING: None
