The distributed power supply controller includes a registration reception unit for receiving registration of the power storage device, and an adjustment unit for charging and discharging the registered power storage device so that the power supply amount in the time band of peak is leveled, on the basis of the registered time band, the chargeable or dischargeable amount, and the prediction power line of the distribution line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
