PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-cell base station that can synchronize time with a macro-cell base station using a downlink signal in a macro cell even during the operation of the small-cell base station.;SOLUTION: The transmission timing of a downlink radio communication frame transmitted by a small-cell base station 20 is shifted by the sub-frame unit relative to a downlink radio communication frame transmitted by a macro-cell base station 10 so as to avoid interference between a synchronous signal from the macro-cell base station and a synchronous signal from the small-cell base station. The small-cell base station at least stops transmitting a data signal on a PDSCH among signals transmitted by the small-cell base station regarding a sub-frame corresponding to the transmission timing of the synchronous signal transmitted by the macro-cell base station among a plurality of sub-frames in a downlink radio communication frame, and performs time synchronization processing with the macro-cell base station on the basis of the synchronous signal received from the macro-cell base station.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
