PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential signal cable which allows suppression of variation of electric characteristics in the longitudinal direction of the cable by suppressing variation of the conductor pitch, its production method and multi-pair differential signal cable.;SOLUTION: In a differential signal cable including a pair of conductors 2 for signals arranged separately in parallel, a foamed insulation layer 3 composed of a foamed insulator provided so as to cover the conductors 2 for signals collectively and a conductor 4 for shielding provided so as to cover the foamed insulation layer 3, a non-foamed insulation layer 6 composed of a non-foaming insulator is provided so as to cover the conductors 2 for signals collectively, and the foamed insulation layer 3 is provided around the non-foamed insulation layer 6.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
