PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise elimination circuit of wire harness capable of eliminating noise accurately.;SOLUTION: A noise elimination circuit 10 for eliminating noise of a wire harness WH1 routed in an automobile is constituted of a branch line 6a branched from the trunk 6 of the wire harness WH1, and a noise filter 1 to be connected with the distal end of the branch line 6a. The branch line 6a has a pair of wire branch parts 61a, 62a where the wires 61, 62, from which noise is eliminated, out of the wires 60, 61, 62 of the trunk 6 are branched from the trunk 6 and extending in parallel with each other, a shield conductor 63 covering the wire branch part 62a, and a connector 7.
