PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fusion protein mainly comprised of a nuclease capable of genome-editing of a ROSA gene region known to be ubiquitously expressed.SOLUTION: Provided is a fusion protein in which a nuclease such as a restriction enzyme FokI is fused to a zinc finger designed to have a specific amino acid sequence capable of recognizing the DNA sequence of ROSA gene region.
