PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treatment of neuropsychiatric disorders, and provide a system and a device configured to stimulate eye branches (branches on eye sockets), branches below eye sockets of the trigeminal nerve located in the face, and a chin branch.;SOLUTION: A system for treatment of a neuropsychiatric disorder via stimulation of a trigeminal nerve includes: a pulse generator; and a subcutaneous electrode assembly in electrical communication with the pulse generator. The subcutaneous electrode assembly includes: a first electrode contact configured to be implanted in contact with a nerve on an eye socket located on one side of a forehead of a patient; and a second electrode contact configured to be implanted in contact with a nerve on an eye socket located on an opposite side of the forehead of the patient.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
