PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a load to be incurred by a user who performs shipment business of an article containing a battery.SOLUTION: A shipment assist unit 10 includes a commodity master DB32 that stores article information containing whether a battery is included and at least one of a type of battery in a case of a battery being included and a shipment form. The shipment assist unit 10 further includes a country and agent DB34 that stores a shipment country information including information concerning a shipment country and distribution agent which performs transportation business of transporting articles to the shipment country. The shipment assist unit 10 references the commodity master DB32, and a decider decides whether an article that is an object of shipment includes a battery. If a result of referencing an article demonstrates that the article includes a battery, an output block 22 references the commodity master DB32, and outputs shipment assist information 40 corresponding to at least one of the type of battery and shipment form.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
