PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appropriate and effective system, in requiring the decision of the so-called "optimal two-parties selection" from a certain large number of bodies of one type of homogenous dynamic bodies and static bodies, over a broad purpose range of management, commercialization, finance, administration, supervision, and prediction in a social practical business.;SOLUTION: A certain large number of persons perform individual numerical evaluation of each individual. A numerical evaluation composition system of them is formed in accordance with a determined method.
