PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the calculation accuracy of a tax standard amount.;SOLUTION: A tax standard amount calculation device comprises: a storage unit that stores tax information used for the calculation of a tax standard amount in association with a lot number of land; a reception unit for receiving transfer information indicating that the transfer of registration of land has occurred; tax information management unit changes tax information that corresponds to the lot number of the land of which the transfer has occurred and corresponds to at least one piece of registration transfer information of a plurality of pieces of registration transfer information included in the transfer information on the basis of the contents of the registration transfer information; and a calculation unit that calculates a tax standard amount on the basis of the tax information changed by the tax information management unit.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT
